Can I attend just the Lunch & Learn segments if I am not attending the entire conference?
No, the Lunch & Learn panels are exclusively for those attending the conference.
Is there a hotel block for any local hotels?
SENetwork does not have a hotel block but our website does contain a list of hotels in the area at various price points.
I just registered for the conference and saw a reference to digital download what does that mean?
We would like to make this conference as eco-friendly as possible. To that end rather than printing out tons of paper, all participants will receive an access code that will allow them to download the presentations from the conference.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes, all attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the conference.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we are happy to offer a 3-payment installment plan. Payments must be made by credit card only. Final payment must be received no later than February 16, 2009. For more information, please send an e-mail to s2e@thewakemanagency.com
Would it be possible to be invoiced so that my employer can issue a check?
Yes, please sign-up online and select the option for invoicing. Once your information is received we will issue an invoice within 24-hours via e-mail. Please be sure to give us an e-mail address that you check regularly to ensure prompt receipt of the invoice. Please note payment must be received 7-days prior to the conference.
Can I attend Rock-It Science without attending the conference and vice versa?
Yes! You can attend either event, but we’d love for you to attend both.
What if I decide to participate in the Lunch & Learn segments after I have registered for the conference?
No problem. Simply contact s2e@thewakemanagency.com. While we guarantee that all inquiries will be responded to within 1 business day our average response time is 2-hours (if inquiry was within normal business hours). Please note participation in the Lunch & Learn segments is on a first-come-first-served basis for a maximum of 100 participants.
Are there any restaurants or diners nearby if I don’t want to participate in the Lunch & Learn segment?
Yes, there are quite a few diners and delis in the area as well as a few fast food chains.
